Judy Kelly passed away on October 28, 2024, at the age of 80. Judy was a resident of Bayside, Wisconsin along with George Diderrich, her caring and devoted companion and husband of 25 years.
Judy was born in Milwaukee, WI on March 5, 1944, to John and Alice (nee Weinlein) Kelly. She was the first of four children. Her siblings include Kerry Kelly, Tom Kelly and Patti Kelly.
In addition to her husband, George; she leaves behind her daughter, Suzanne (John) Freckmann; son, Greg (Lily Goetz) Gerke and George’s son Adam (Becky) Diderrich, as well as Judy’s and George’s cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Julia, Tess, Zachary and Sebastian.
Those who know Judy will recall her fun and larger than life personality. Her generous spirit and unwavering sense of humor made an impression on all, as did her amazing cooking and baking. She was blessed to have George’s constant love, friendship, and support. One of her greatest and proudest achievements was her grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
Judy’s family is grateful for the caregivers at Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Kenosha and St. Catherine’s Hospital in Pleasant Prairie. Their care and compassion were comforting to all.
The family will be holding a private memorial service at a later date.
