Joe was born in Kenosha on April 28, 1962, the son of Joseph C. and Ada (Covelli) Perri.
He was employed for over 25 years as a print shop binder with Lake County Press.
To say that Joe was an avid motor head was an understatement. He collected model cars, loved rebuilding muscle cars, rode motorcycles, and was a huge fan of anything to do with either Chevys or AMCs. He also appreciated his classic rock music and was a dedicated Packer fan. However, the thing that brought him most joy were his children and grandkids, and he would do anything in his power to make their lives easier.
Survivors include his mother, Ada Perri; his wife, Hilda Perri; his three children, Christina, Joseph and Jennifer; his step son, René Acosta; his former wife, Joan Freehoff: his two grandchildren, Jayme Elizabeth Rohde, and Joseph Mario Perri; two sisters, Diane (Earl) Talbert, and Maria Perri; his aunts, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and good friends. Joe was preceded in death by his father.
