Our most loving thoughts and prayers are sent to Diane and her family. As neighbors for many years on a dead end road, with kids that grew up together, your family wasn't just neighbors but family... Kids went to school together, celebrated birthdays and special occasions together, and many years of memories. Joe didn't say much but listened to what people had to say. He has a loving and caring family.... Perhaps that fact shows what kind of a man he was.... Hugs and prayers .... We are always there for you... God Bless.

Our deepest condolences are with the entire Doksus family. We can't imagine what you are going through especially with the current challenges of COVID. I will always remember bonding over marathons and soccer ref-ing with Joe. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. David, Tess and Henry Rusche

I have fond childhood memories of my cousin Joe. I always enjoyed his company, his dry sense of humor, and his quiet way of interacting with the world. He reminded me of my Dad, his Uncle Ed, and the two of them always got along well. They were both very handy with fixing just about anything. Joe liked to come up to the farm and hang out in the work shed with my Dad. It was evident that they had great respect for each other. Both no-nonsense men who valued a hard day’s work and a job well done. I haven’t seen Joe in a lot of years but I am sure that his family is finding a palpable void where he used to be. I am thinking of all of you at this time and hope you are able to spend some time together to share your memories and comfort each other.

I remember being part of one of your vacation adventures when you let me tag along to New Orleans. I still have fond memories of that trip all these years later. Thank you for letting me be part of your amazing family. My thoughts are with you all.
