Born on January 20, 1959 in Tupelo, Mississippi, he was the son of the late John and Joann (Walker) Tutor. He moved with his family to Kenosha and attended Mary D. Bradford.
DeWayne was a mechanic supervisor at Hanna Cylinders for several years. This position suited him well since he was a natural, talented mechanic. He had a gift to fix anything; if he did not have the proper tools-he would engineer something to work.
On December 11, 2013, he married Lori “Angel Face” Morgan and lovingly blended their families.
DeWayne loved fishing at the “Island” with his son; grandson, “Dilly Moe” and friends. He was an avid Packer fan; enjoyed Si-Fi and watching his favorite show, Walking Dead. He was a happy guy with a facetious sense of humor; who touched all he came in contact with on and off the job. He selflessly gave to so many; always finding the means to support his family and friends. It was easy to recognize he had a huge heart filled with love and that he adored his family.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lori; his three children, Dewayne (Amanda Rosicky) Tutor of Kenosha, Tiffany Rocco of Bristol, Katie (Ivan) Brown of New Mexico; his step children, Ashley, Brian, Aurora, Nick and Georgie Acevedo and his four grandchildren, Dylan “Dilly Moe”, Landen, Alexander and Grayson. He is further survived by his siblings, Janie Clay of Kenosha, Gene (Melody) Tutor of Canton, IL, Connie (Larry Mayer) Piccolo of Kenosha and Shirley (Saul) Perez of Kenosha; his best buddies, Floyd “Skippy” Matthews and Blaine Borden and his furry companions, CoCo, Alex and Neo.
