Born in Detroit, MI, on December 13, 1923; she was the daughter of the late Athanasius D. and Angeline (Pecoulas) Cosman.
On November 6, 1949, she was united in to George Poulos at the Holy Church of Assumption in Chicago. They were blessed with three children and 30 years together. Sadly, George passed away in 1980.
Jennie was a homemaker for her family. She collected recipes and was an avid reader of just about anything. She liked to sing and dance, including square dancing. Her ability to sing and dance was highlighted as a member of the Variety Faire Entertainment Group.
Jennie is survived by her children, Angela (Brian) Walls, Gregory (Colleen) Poulos and Cynthia (James) Kantecki; five grandchildren, Megan (Dylan) Walker, Nicholas Walls, Leah Poulos, Amanda Poulos and Cameron Kantecki and two great grandchildren, Jack and Ben Walker.
Along with her parents and husband, Jennie was preceded in death by a sister, Beatrice.
Private services for Jennie will be held.
