Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintJeffrey A. Bloxdorf, age 57, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 17, 2014, at United Hospital Systems- St. Catherine’s Campus.
Born on April 24, 1957, in Kenosha, he was the son of Richard O. and Minnie (Sanderson) Bloxdorf. He was educated in local schools, received a degree in Accounting and Finance from UW-LaCrosse and also received his Master’s Degree in Science of Taxation from DePaul University.
On October 28, 1989, he was united in marriage to Lisa Heinemann in Glenview, IL. They were blessed with three children and recently celebrated their 25th anniversary.
Jeff was currently employed with Tempel Steel in Chicago for over 20 years as their Corporate Treasurer.
He was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church and the Chicago Tax Club. Jeff had many interests, such as golf, fishing and basketball. He enjoyed the Green Bay Packers and Marquette games. He was well loved by his many friends from all areas of his life. Nothing could replace the love he had for his family and his joy in supporting his children through their many activities.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lisa; their two sons, Chris and Brad; their daughter, Abby; his mother, Minnie “Sandy” Bloxdorf; a brother, Richard Bloxdorf; sister, Susan (Jeff) Ross and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Richard.

Service Date November 17, 2014
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 5601 Washington Road. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Cemetery.
