Jim was extremely helpful to me when I started pricing and expediting new home construction. We spent a lot of time together going over different ways to do things to maintain quality and economy. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about his business and was always more than willing to share his knowledge and experience and he did it professionally and made it fun and interesting. We became friends and I always enjoyed meeting up with Jim to talk and catch up. He was just a very good and cheerful person to know and I am very sad we can't catch up again. Jim is somebody I'll always remember. My sincere condolences to all his family and many friends.

My deepest sympathy to Jim's family and friends. I haven't kept up with Jim for many years but I'll remember him for constantly being a source of energy and having something fun to say while working at City Lumber despite there being a lot of work to do and some tough times. My father, Ray Holton, thought highly of him. Bill Holton

Miss you already Jimmy. We had many laughs in our younger days. I will always remember spirited racquetball matches at the "Y" and BAC and Abbey Springs. Hope you are now on top of the "Mountain "! Rest peacefully my friend.

To the James Seliga family I went to St. Joe's with Jim. I was a class ahead of him, however, but I knew him well. He always was so friendly with everybody as well as having a great attitude, sense of humor, a smile and an all around nice talented guy. My sincere condolences to the family. He will be remembered in our prayers. Even though he and Gail divorced later on they made the perfect couple while in high school. By the way Rachel, my wife had you as a student and remembers you very well. Again our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. His music will play on. Sincerely, Mike and Teri De Fazio

Our sincere sympathy to Rachel, Chris and families. Eddie and I were very saddened to learn of your Dad's passing. He truly was a nice guy and, no doubt, will be missed by all of you. Those old 16th Avenue boys were the best of friends for a lot of years. We will keep your families in our thoughts and prayers and hope that time will help you heal. Our condolences to Steve and Kathy, also. Thinking of everyone. Sincere Sympathy, Eddie & Cheryl Jankowski
