Born in Kenosha on February 18, 1967, she was the daughter of Harold “Buzz” and Patricia (Lindner) Addison. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Reuther High School. Jacqueline attended Gateway Technical College where she proudly received her Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
In 2002, Jacqueline began employment as the staffing coordinator with Kindred Care North, currently Waters Edge Rehab and Care Center. She was always willing to pitch in and lend a helping hand.
Jacqueline had a fondness for animals and enjoyed biking, walking, dancing, singing, and spending time with her family. She selflessly organized many fund raisers for others in need.
Jacqueline will always be remembered by her parents, Harold “Buzz” and Patricia Addison of Kenosha; her three children, Brittany, Max and Luke; her three brothers, Doug (Dawn) Addison of Kenosha, Terry Addison of Jacksonville, FL and Michael Addison of Kansasville, WI; her former husband, Frank Hagopian; and her loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Memorial Service in celebration of Jacqueline’s life will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home.
