One of the shinning stars of Kenosha has moved into the heavens. I remember Helen back to my youth buying shoes with our family on 50th Street and enjoying the times with your Mom/Grandmother. Always personable and respectful of everyone, she welcomed people into the Chiappetta Shoes family. And she was so much more! What an excellent tribute to the lifelong memories Helen created. Her star will continue to shine brightly forever.

Dear Debbie, Sue and Fred, My sincere condolences to you all. I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I remember my last visit with your mom at her house many years ago. Debbie, the four of us girls were on our way out for a night on the town but, instead, we ended up laughing and talking the night away with your mom. She was such great company and always had a million questions to ask us all about our busy lives. I will miss her. May she rest in Heavenly Peace. Hugs to you all. Love, Leslie

Aunt Helen, I will always remember you as my husband’s (JR) Aunt that taught me how to make stuffed shells and sauce in the true Italian way! I was newly married to your Italian nephew and you told me us ‘Polish girls’ made better sauce than the Italians! You were right… because everyone loved my sauce and lasagna! Rest in Peace Aunt Helen.
