Born in Kenosha on March 13, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Julia (Loduha) Simo.
Helen attended local schools and graduated from Mary D. Bradford.
On May 17, 1947 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, she was united in marriage to Al Bugalecki. He preceded her in death on September 21, 2013.
A lifetime member of St Anthony’s and a member of their rosary society, Helen cherished being a homemaker for her family.
Helen will be missed by her children, Michael (Kristine) Bugalecki, Carol (Mauro) Lenci and Susan Walker; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren along with a sister, Lilian Holzer.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Anne, Mary and Julia and a brother, Joseph.

Service Date August 30, 2014
Funeral services for Helen will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 5100 22nd Ave. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for the Mass. Interment will follow in St. George Cemetery.
