Strunk, who passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. Born on February 16, 1929, he was the son of the late Erhardt and Melinda (Hinke) Strunk. He was a graduate of Colby High School.
On February 19, 1948, he was united in marriage to Joan Tremper.
He enjoyed golf and bowling, and coaching girls softball for Kenosha City league and was an avid fan of the Brewers and Packers; but most of all, he loved spending time with family.
He is survived by his son, Howard (Teresa) Strunk; grandchildren, Amy (Tim) Evers, Matthew Freese, Sara Torstenson and Stephanie (Scott) Paulsboe and great grandchildren, Brock, Braden and Brielle Evers, Drake, Oliver and Emilia Torstenson, Paxton and Tilly Paulsboe.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Edith Strunk; daughters, Beverly Cronin and Lynette Frieman; grandsons, William Cronin and Mark Parker; and siblings, Walter, Arnold, Ann, William and Margaret.

SERVICE LOCATION Piasecki Funeral Home
Funeral services with for Harold’s life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025 at the Piasecki Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI.
Inurnment will take place in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park at a later date.
A visitation for Harold will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
