Gloria A. Lear, age 81 of Bristol, died on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in Wauwatosa.
Born in Pleasant Prairie on September 23, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Laura (Stedge) Fox.
Gloria honorably served our country in the Women’s Army Corps.
She was united in marriage to Charles J. Lear. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Weitman and Elisabeth “Lisa” Sands; her sister, Winifred Kopesky; her brother, Gordon Fox; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Warren Fox, Eugene Fox, Clarabelle Horton, Betty Smith and Murtle Zoromskis.
In accordance with Gloria’s wishes, funeral services honoring her life were held privately.
