My sincere condolences to Jean and the family. Jerry was a good man and his was a life well-lived. I had the privilege of working with him at the county's Social Services Department in the years prior to his retirement, and his sincere concern for children from abusive or neglectful homes and his commitment to helping make their lives better were apparent in the dedicated work he did every day as Supervisor of our Foster Care program. Countless children in our community grew up in a healthier way as a result of Jerry's work. May he rest in peace.

JoAnn and I express our deepest sympathies and condolences to Glitzky family. Having worked for many years on elections with Jerry he always made the day more enjoyable with his wonderful stories and humor. We also took a few gambling trips with Jerry and Jeanie, always had lots of fun. As we look back, we will always be thankful for the good fortune to have met Jerry. He was truly one of kind.

Hello Jean, It is with sad heart to send our dear condolences for the loss of Jerry. We remember so many years of working together to make Oktoberfest at Kemper Center a success. I miss seeing you at Festival foods as I have taken a leave till this virus is over. May all your treasured memories of 56 years of marriage be a comfort to you in the days-years to come .
