Born on January 3, 1956 to James and Patricia (O’Brien) Stebbins, she was a graduate of the Tremper High School class of 1974.
Gail’s spent the last 25 years with her partner, Eric Arttus, who was the love of her life.
Employed at Vista International for many years, she eventually retired as an Accounts Receivables Clerk from S. C. Johnson in 2015.
Her entire world revolved around her children, family, pets and lastly herself. Gail enjoyed traveling to warm destinations and absolutely loved the sun. Although she was plagued with Rheumatoid Arthritis for most of her life, she never let it slow her down. She always pushed through any discomfort if it meant creating memories and experiences. In fact, the best way to ensure that Gail would do something was for someone to suggest that she should not or could not do it. Being a grandma was a highlight of her world. As if being a nana was not enough, she was recently blessed with another generation to love with the birth of her great granddaughter.
Gail will be dearly missed by her mother, Patricia Stebbins; the love of her life, Eric Arttus; her daughter, Nicole (Justo) Angel – Rodriguez and her children, Jenica Angel-Dahlquist, Justo and Jaxson Rodriguez; her son, Jared (Leticia) Angel and his children, Dylan, Caydance and Grace and his granddaughter, Eleanor Angel; her siblings, Jim (Teresia) Stebbins, Debbie Beales and Bruce (Mary) Stebbins; and her fur babies, Mandy, Myah and Luna.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Stebbins and brother-in-law, Tom Beales.
Memorial services honoring Gail’s life will be held privately.
