Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintFritzi E. Franco, of Kenosha died on Friday, February 6, 2015 following a lengthy illness at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Fritzi was born on September 19, 1948 in Pontiac, MI; the daughter of the late Fred H. and Elane (Bitten) Lewis.
Her family moved to Wisconsin in 1959 where she attended local schools and was a 1967 graduate of Oak Creek High School in Milwaukee.
On February 27, 1982, at the Corner Stone Assembly of God Church in Kenosha, she was united in marriage to Charles Franco.
First and foremost she was a homemaker with a loving heart and a beautiful smile. Her career included working at Julie’s Treasurers and Kenosha Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God Church and enjoyed scrap booking. She loved to have fun, touching many hearts and making people laugh over the years as a professional clown, “Frizzy”.
Fritzi will be sadly missed by her husband, Charlie; her daughter, Shannon (Corry Stokes) Noble of Kenosha; her grandson Joel Michael Decorry Stokes; her best friend & sister, Cynthia (Paul) Micklitz of Germantown, WI; her brother Scott (Connie) Lewis of Eagle River, WI and her niece, Sherry Norton.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas.
Service Date February 12, 2015
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Piasecki Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave.,Kenosha, WI. Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
