Born in Kenosha on September 16, 1940, he was the son of the late Joseph and Jennie (Joziviak) De Fazio.
From 1961 until 1963, he honorably served our country in the U.S. Navy.
Frank was a Patrolman and he was employed at Great Lakes Naval Base.
He was a lifetime member of the P.L.A.V. Post #34. Frank enjoyed going to car shows and casinos and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Frank is survived by his two sons, John (Kim) and Mark De Fazio, both of Kenosha; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda and Alyssa; and his former wife, Virginia De Fazio.
Service Date June 23, 2017
A Memorial Service honoring Frank’s life will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue. Full Military Honors will follow the Service. Private inurnment will take place at St. James Cemetery.
