Frank was born on April 12, 1947 in Kenosha, the son of the late Frank J. and Joanne M. (Burzynski) Curi, Sr. Educated in local schools, he received his BS from UW-Parkside.

For over 10 years, Frank was employed with the KAC as a Job Placement Specialist and Social Worker.
He was an avid sports fan and loved following his favorite teams; the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks. His sporting interests and gambling hobby took him on annual trips to Las Vegas to follow March Madness with his son and their friends.
