Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintEldon B. Lang, age 88 of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Brookside Care Center.
He was born in Madison, WI on February 1, 1930, and was the son of the late Benjamin and Edna (Hull) Lang.
Eldon served our country in the United States Air Force from 1950 until his honorable discharge in 1954. He proudly attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.
On June 23, 1951 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, he was united in marriage to Nancy J. Sherer.
Eldon was employed with First National Bank for 31 years, retiring as their Vice President.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Eldon loved being with family, enjoyed traveling and spending time at the family summer home in the Wisconsin Dells.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Nancy; his four children, Mark (Sandra) Lang of Port Alsworth, Alaska, David (Karen) Lang of Bartlett, IL, Jean (Richard) Clark of Exeland, WI and Dale (Terri) Lang of Kenosha; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Eldon was preceded in death by his son, Steven Lang.
Service Date April 21, 2018
A Memorial Service in celebration of Eldon’s life will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 1803 83rd St. Private inurnment will take place in Springbrook Cemetery, Pleasant Prairie.
