Duane Edward Stipek, age 84, passed away at his residence on Friday, April 5, 2024.
Born on September 9, 1939 to the late Edward and Clarice (Jiskra) Stipek.
On September 11, 1957, Duane was united in marriage to Crystal (Danielson).
He was a member of New Life Central (Mt. Zion) Lutheran Church, the Moose Club and Local 72.
Duane was employed with American Motors as an assemblyman, Foreman and Chief Steward at Local 72.
He loved going to the horse track and dog track with family and friends, including his grandchildren, giving them quarters to make a side bet with him. He frequented the Casino with his wife, friends and most recently with his son. He always enjoyed playing pool in the basement, and playing his music loudly when family came over. Duane played softball on local teams with friends and his son. Duane and Crystal danced at the Local 72 Union Hall for years. He and Crystal had a core group of friends that they traveled the world with. He and Crystal loved their family, always making memories with pool parties every year for all the birthdays.
He is survived by his children, Duane (Sherri) Stipek, Randy Stipek, Kim Cochran, Scott (Sue) Stipek and Bob (Becky) Stipek; his 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Along with his parents and his wife Crystal, Duane was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Terry Cochran and daughter-in-law, Susan Stipek.

Funeral services honoring Duane’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at New Life Central (Mt. Zion) Lutheran Church, 5927 37 Ave.
Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
A visitation for Duane will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to New Life Central (Mt. Zion) Lutheran Church, 5927 37 Ave., Kenosha, WI 53144 would be appreciated.
