Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintDonald J. Sniatynski, age 83, of Kenosha, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015 at United Hospital Systems-Kenosha Campus.
Born on May 19, 1932, in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Marion Jermokowicz and Joseph F. Arliskas. He attended local schools and was a 1949 graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.
On April 25, 1952, in St. Casimir Catholic Church, he was united in marriage to Mary Jane Jones. They were blessed with three children and 63 years of marriage.
For over 30 years, Donald was employed as a master plumber with Principe Plumbing, retiring in 1992.
He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local #118. Donald loved the summers they spent at their home in Gould City, MI. He was well traveled, having visited 48 of the 50 states, loved watching western movies and stayed busy “putzing” around.
Donald will be deeply missed by his wife, Mary Jane; their three children, Susan (Gary) Pagliaroni, Greg (Susan) Sniatynski and Karen (William) Jacobs; 5 grandchildren, Brian (Jeni) Pagliaroni, Tracy Pagliaroni and Stephanie (Daniel) Awkerman, Jennifer (Jamie) Pulchinski and Kelly Jacobs; six great grandchildren with the seventh great grandchild expected in January.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond.
Service Date September 3, 2015
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
