Born on December 4, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Viola (Fassbender) Jass. Dolores was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.
She was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church.
On February 8, 1946 in Laona, WI, Dolores was united in marriage to Rodney Drake. He preceded her in death on June 19, 2002.
She was employed with American Motors Corporation until her retirement in 1981.
Dolores enjoyed going out for breakfast or lunch with family and friends.
Dolores will be remembered as a loving wife and mother, a caring grandmother and great grandmother, a supportive sister and aunt, a dear friend and kind neighbor. She is survived by her son, David A. (Darlene) Drake; her grandchildren, Shawn D. Drake and Brandon J. (Tricia) Drake; her great-grandchildren, Kennedy A. Drake and Addison G. Drake; her sister, Barbara (Joe) Schauer; her sister-in-law, Delores Jass; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dolores is further survived by her long-time special friend, Ray Peterson.
In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her loving husband Rodney; her brother, Wayne Jass and her great grandsons, Brayden and Colton Drake.

SERVICE LOCATION St. Anne Catholic Church
Funeral services honoring Dolores’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 9091 Prairie Ridge Blvd. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for Mass.
Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
A visitation for Dolores will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Alliance www.hospicealliance.org or St. Anne’s Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
