Dennis was born in England on February 17, 1930, the son of the late Frank and Emily (Pickles) Hole.
He attended and was a graduate of the schools in England and served in the British Army as a Driver/Mechanic from 1948 until 1950.
Dennis immigrated to the U.S. and Bristol, WI, in 1950. He lived in Louisiana from 1996 until 2009 at which time he returned to Bristol.
Dennis was united in marriage to Nancy (nee: Lumley) and Ruth (nee: Albarado). Sadly, they both preceded him in death.
He was employed with American Motors Corp./Chrysler as a mechanic retiring in 1986. He also owned and operated Hole’s Greenhouse and in his later years he worked at Ciolfi’s True Value Hardware in Twin Lakes. Dennis will be remembered for posting many newspaper articles called “Ask Uncle Dennis”.
Dennis is survived by his eight children, Michael (Kim) Hole of Bristol, Robert (Kelly) Hole of Kenosha, Robert (Loreen) Schnaare of Kenosha, Patricia Gross of Kenosha, Dee Schnaare of Louisiana, Ted (Julie Cutter) Schnaare of Merrimac, Eric Delaney (Tammy Burgess) of Colorado Springs, and Kelly Delaney of Mount Pleasant. He is further survived by his fifteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Along with his parents and his wives, Dennis was preceded in death by his brother Derek and sister- in- law Nancy Hole.
Dennis’ family would like to extend a special thank you to his caring team from Hospice Alliance and his caretakers at Brookside.
