He was born on June 20, 1948, to the late Anthony and Genevieve (Sluzynski) Crema and remained a lifelong Kenosha resident.
Dave proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict in the 5th Battalion, 6th Artillery, and was honorably discharged in 1972. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW.
On December 12, 1970, he married Connie Lust in Burlington, WI.
Dave loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar and had a passion for attending area car shows with his Mopar hot rod.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Connie of 54 years; daughters, Jacquelyn (Yasuhiro Ishihara) Crema and Christine (Jason) Baltic; granddaughters, Ava and Ella; sisters, Claudia Ogren and Michelle (Harry) Brinkley.

A gathering of relatives and friends honoring David’s life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. concluding with full military honors at the Piasecki Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI.
