Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintCynthia J. “Cindy” Schael, age 59, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Hospice House, Pleasant Prairie following a brief battle with cancer.
Born on June 15, 1956, in El Paso, TX, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Jane (Delfield) Nelson. Cindy was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.
Cindy was employed with UHS-Kenosha Campus beginning in the food service department and ending her career in housekeeping.
She will be remembered as a talented artist, and for her love of cooking, and her animals.
She is survived by her aunts and uncles, Jane Delfield, Catherine (Roger Mayer) Paupore, Frank (Betty) Delfield, and Laura (Wayne) Foster. She is also survived by many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her step-father, Jack Schael, a son, Aaron, her brother, Blake Schael; her uncle, Arthur Delfield, and a cousin, Mark Foster.
Cindy’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the “Special Angels” at Hospice House.
Service Date July 2, 2015
A Service of Remembrance will be held on THURSDAY , July 2, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Private inurnment will take place in St. George Cemetery.
