Cindy was a woman who was admired for all she did for her husband, Tom; her family, her friends and for Kenosha. Cindy was loved by so many and will never be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to Tom, and to all the members of the Oros and Fredericksen families! I pray that God will give all of you his peace and love at this very difficult time. Rest in Peace Cindy.

Tom and Oros family, Cindy was always a pleasure to be around. I know she loved you, Tom, with all her heart. And she had room in her heart not only for you but everyone in her community. Her smile, loving way, and many talents will be greatly missed. I know that she rests in peace and he’s looking down on everyone with a smile on her face. Cindy W.

To Tom, and Cindy’s family —- I didn’t know Cindy we’ll, but enjoyed seeing her photographs and her posts on Facebook. She knew my husband Larry from their years in law enforcement, she with the Kenosha Police Dept and Larry with the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Dept. She was one of the first to post a tribute to him on the Police Dept’s Facebook page when he passed away 7 years ago. Her words were so kind and heartfelt. I’m so sorry for your loss of this wonderful woman. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Becky Zarletti

Only knew her a little while but loved her photos. I knew from cousin Claire Frederocksen how when her mom Lil died, Cindy was right there on the couch to give her support. A very kind lady who dearly loved her husband. Rest in Peace Cindy and thank you for all you left behind.
