Born in Kenosha on February 5, 1959, Cynthia was the daughter of Donald and Elsie (Johnson) Crucianelli.
She attended Jane Vernon Orthopedic School and enjoyed working for the Kenosha Achievement Center in Kenosha. Cindy enjoyed working on puzzles and listening to Tim McGraw and John Denver.
She is survived by her mother Elsie; and her sisters, Donna (Robert) Garza, Linda (Rob) Gallagher, and Kay (Dave) Hawbaker as well as 12 nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Donald, Cindy was preceded in death by her sister, Beth Wolfe.
Funeral services honoring Cynthia’s life were held privately.
