Born in Evanston, IL on May 29, 1955, she was the daughter of Henry and Mary LeBrun. She was a graduate of Deerfield High School.
On May 20, 1978, she was united in marriage to Paul Krueger.
She was employed with Libertyville Saddle Shop.
Cindy was a member of the American Horse Show Association and the American Kennel Club.
She was a person full of love and compassion for people, especially for her family and animals. Her early love in her teen years was for horses where she learned to ride and enjoyed being in the stable which lasted through her life. Cindy enjoyed watching Jennifer develop her skill through the years. The love of horses also transferred her interest in horse racing, whether going to Arlington or watching races on TV. Dog training and showing became her passion especially when an exceptional dog, Lexus came into her life. Cindy always loved and cheered for Danny and Kevin at their sporting events. She was also a perfectionist at cooking for family and friends. Throughout these loves, she developed many new friends and lasting relationships.
Cindy enjoyed creating art inspired by her father’s influence. She enjoyed drawing and painting for a while, but being a perfectionist, she was never satisfied with her work. She especially enjoyed all kinds of art whether watching artists on TV and tattoo shows. Her biggest passion at the end was her grandchildren, no matter how bad she felt she always had a smile on her face whenever they came by. Cindy enjoyed Coca-Cola with lots of ice, Chinese food and being a grandmother. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she always went overboard shopping till the last hour.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Paul; her children, Jennifer (Joseph) Greeter of Burlington, Kevin (Angie) Krueger of Menomonee Falls and Daniel (Emma) Krueger of Saukville; her grandchildren, Josie Greeter, Joseph Krueger and Benji Krueger; her brother, Chuck (Mary) LeBrun and her best friend, Jan McCall.
In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Seacrist, and good friend, Rocky Bettaza.
Memorial services will be held privately.
