Born in Kenosha on August 5, 1959, he was the son of the late LeRoy and Virginia Mae (Richter) Leach.
Curtiss was a hairdresser for many years. He was employed with the Flair in Kenosha and several salons in the Milwaukee area.
Over the years, Curtiss lived in Kenosha, Milwaukee and other areas in-between. In his younger years, he was an avid traveler and he loved to paint. He especially enjoyed his travels to Spain, Europe, Maiden Rock, WI and many other locations.
He is survived by his siblings, LeRoy (Janice) Leach, Jr., Bradley (Donna) Leach and Susan Wieselman; his nieces and nephews; his special friends, Angie, Lynn and Nicky, and his many other friends that will dearly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dale Wieselman, Sr.
Funeral Services for Curtiss will be held privately.
