I'm so sorry to learn of Char’s passing. She was such a sweet person inside and out! It was a gift to know you and share so many good times at all Bradford events and Gal’s night. May universal peace and love surround you and those who loved you.

She was 9th grade PE teacher at Washington Jr. High. Along side Ms. Armstrong. She was such a good person, patient and kind. Rest in peace, Ms. Peachey. Irene Buswell Niccolai 9th grade class of 1971-1972

Miss Peachy was my PE teacher at Washington Junior High in the early 70’s. I wasn’t always the easiest because I liked being a class clown. She had her patience with me. Sorry for your loss.

She was my PE teacher at St Joseph’s HS and also attended HS with my Aunt at Bradford HS. She was an inspiration to me, and encouraged me no matter how hard I tried ( and failed) at some of the exercises we had. She never gave up on me.

Ms. Peachey was my softball coach and PE teacher at Washington JHS. I just loved her. She was a very positive role model for me as both a student and an athlete. I am so sorry to hear this sad news.

Miss Peachey, as we knew her at St. Joe’s, was always a warm and encouraging daily ray of sunshine. Well done, my friend.

I loved having Miss Peachey at Washington Jr. High in the 1960's. She was a great gym teacher and encouraged us to do our best. I remember how we discussed the 1968 Olympics and why there were protests by some athletes. She helped us understand the world around us, good sportsmanship and team play. Over 40 years later I was walking about 10 steps behind her to an event and I recognized her voice and called out, "Miss Peachey is that you?", She turned around and at the same time said, "Kris Winzer, is that you?". Now that's a true teacher, 40 years later. Rest in peace Miss Peachey, from all the Washington Jr. High School kids you had!
