What a life well lived! Cathy was so loved by all who knew her. I've never forgotten her although I haven't seen her since I moved away in 1975 from Kenosha. Four years at St. Joe's wasn't enough -- we laughed the entire four years because of her kindness and thoughtfulness and comedic spirit. I've carried that with me. Thank you, Cathy, and I know you are happy with Michael and your Mom and Dad reunited in heaven. I know an angel. Love, Claudia

I met Cathy when I was working at Hospice Alliance. Cathy was my mentor, boss and friend. I am so sorry for your loss she was a beautiful human being in every way. She taught me how to be the best hospice nurse I could be. She was so patient and calm in every situation imaginable. We often joked who was more Irish but she felt because I did not have a claddagh ring or know what one was that she by far was more Irish than I. If you lost something St. Anthony was sure to find it just say a prayer. Cathy you will be forever missed and loved.

My deepest sympathy to Cathy’s family. I knew Cathy from St George.. she always brought a smile to wherever she went. Her laughter and live if live is something I will always remember. She was a grea volleyball player for St George’s team and helped us win the championship in 8 th grade. Her spirit and laughter were contagious. May Gods loving arms embrace her family and bring them the peace and comfort they so richly deserve.

To the entire Carroll clan…………My heart is heavy with sadness losing my beloved “Catrinka”, over our 40+ year friendship she has shared every family event with me, in detail, births, confirmations, marriage, illness, deaths, vacations and much more! I know your parents and Michael welcomed her to Heaven! Who is going to call me every other night to keep me “in the loop” about Kenosha, what do I do with the “boob appropriate” birthday cards I hunted for, always making her smile! Denny won’t get any more birthday cards from “Sister Mary Elizabeth”, something she has done for many years! Oh, the memories of our annual Dells trip with Judy Gabron, checking caterpillars on the back roads to see if a cold winter was ahead! She really hated the cold! Fish fries at the fire station, a frozen pizza and more at Nig’s! Touring Mirror Lake, we made her go canoeing once, not her finest moment! I will stop but sadness will linger, she had Faith, so I know she is at Peace! .......Sending warm embraces and citrus flavored smooches across the miles, signing off for now, Donna White and Denny also

Cathy was my first boss when I became a nurse. I couldn't have asked for a better mentor. We didn't talk nearly enough and I will miss her dearly. My sincere condolences to her family and friends. She was a very special lady.
