When I developed an 80 hour Home Health Care aide program provided at the Community College in Kenosha (1976), Carol offered to be a mentor for the chapter on providing health care to the disabled in their home. And to speak with the students about respect, appropriate physical assistance, and understanding the unique circumstances of each client. She deeply effected each of the students, who asked her many questions and approaches to resolving issues, and being an advocate for their clients.. Just one of endless ways she made our community better. I will always be inspired to follow her perseverance in serving others.

Carol was my 9th grade Algebra teacher at Bullen. She was a great teacher and an even better person. RIP A Life well lived.
