A lifelong resident of Kenosha County, he was born on January 27, 1987 and was the son of Todd Smith and Tammy Bonner. He attended local schools and Bradford High School.
Brian was employed as a general farm worker with the Meyer Family Farm in Kenosha County.
He enjoyed farming, mudding and repairing farm equipment. Brian will be remembered as a hard worker who was always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved his family and spending time with his nephews.
He is survived by his parents, Todd Smith and Tammy Bonner; his fiancée, Brittany Vorpagel; his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Barb Brand; his sister, Tiffany (Andy) Smith; his aunt, Valerie Smith; and his uncles, Bradley Smith, Colin (Terri) Smith, and Don Bonner.
Brian is further survived by his cousins, Cody (Aurora) Smith, Jocelyn Smith and Kristina Lawson; his two favorite nephews, Seth and Caleb; his four legged best friend, Buster; his farm buddies and their families; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Aaron and Florence Smith; and his uncle, Keith A. Bonner.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Town of Salem, WI.
