Autumn Rae Gittens fought to remain with her family for 6 days, but was called by God to receive her wings on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Children’s’ Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa, WI.
Born in Racine, on January 19, 2018, she was a daughter of Phillip Gittens and Kacy Mathis.
Autumn will forever be in the hearts of her father, Phillip; her mother, Kacy; paternal grandparents, Ted and Kari Gittens, maternal grandparents, Robert Mathis and Tracy ( John) Szwajkowski; aunts, Kristina, Kayla, Randi Gittens and Heather Mathis and her cousins, Jaylie and Jeremiah Gittens.
Service Date February 2, 2018
A funeral service honoring Autmn’s life will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue, Kenosha, WI. Private inurnment will be held at a later date.
