My deepest condolences to John, Tom and Alice and your families. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. She was known to us as Kay or as dad called her "Katie" She was like an Aunt to us Gerber children. It's like losing another member of our family. The Gerber's and the Bergo's unite once again. I think of all of you so often and I'm so sorry to have lost touch. You were like brothers and sister to me and I cherish those memories. Susie

Anne was a person all young women should have the opportunity to know and learn from. She was bright, ethical and energetic. So many of us benefitted from her efforts and the efforts of her dear friends Eunice and Frieda. She was fun and also an expert in mushrooms. Nothing like being in her company. She was always interesting and kind. She had an impact on many.

I remember meeting you once after Jeanette took you to the beauty parlor. We were talking about a friend of mine not letting her daughter watch SpongeBob because "he was actually a gay character". I can't remember the exact words you said for me to tell my friend, but I do remember how hard we all laughed, including my own daughters. I was so proud to be in the presence of a beautiful, smart, funny Lady. This world needs more of you and now you're gone. I know it's to somewhere better, but you will be greatly missed. I'm glad I got to meet you, Anne Bergo. I'm so sorry for your family's loss.
