Born in Paszowa, Poland on January 4, 1921, she was the daughter of the late John and Rosalia Lech. She was educated in Poland then immigrated to Germany.
In 1945, she was united in marriage to Chester Urbanski in Germany. Anna and Chester immigrated to England and then came to the United States in 1950. They were blessed with 2 children and 33 years together; sadly, Chester passed away in 1978.
She was a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church.
Anna was employed as a Seamstress for Jockey International for 30 years. She enjoyed sewing and spending quality time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Kristine Czarnecki and Elizabeth (Mark) Tomski; her grandchildren, Todd (Kim) Czarnecki, Greg (Karen) Czarnecki, Tracy (Chip) Czarnecki Kozmer, Randy (Kelly) Czarnecki, Jill (Jason) Kenesie and John (Kim) Czarnecki; her 14 great grandchildren. Alex, Sydney, Emily, Lauren, Zach, Hayden, Kendra, Leah, Brinnly, Amaya, Chase, Aubri, Lincoln, Katarina and one on the way.
In addition to her parents and husband, Anna was preceded in death by eight sisters and two brothers; and son-in-law, Larry Czarnecki.
Funeral services honoring Anna’s life will be held privately.
Private interment will take place in St. Casimir Cemetery.
