I'm so glad that I got to know Amy even as briefly as I did. She was a very easy person to like, always ready with a smile. I will miss playing games with her, singing along to ridiculous songs while driving down the highway, traipsing through parks, and discussing movies and books and tv shows. My utmost symphathies go out to her family. She was an amazing person and she is deeply missed.

Amy was a truly lovely person. We feel very lucky to have been able to get to know her and call her our friend during her time in Canada. She had such a zest for life, always ready to try new things, eager for new experiences - I know that my life is richer from having known her. It was a joy to see her and John so happy together. I couldn't image a more perfect couple. Our deepest sympathies to the Kersting and Clarke families. Losing such a vibrant and wonderful person is a tragedy. She will be so missed. Our thoughts are with you.

Our deepest sympathy to the Kersting family in the loss of your dear Amy. We remember her as an 8th/9th grader when you lived on 41st. She was such a sweet, lovely young lady. We'll keep her and you all in our prayers.

I regret that I knew her only briefly, but I have nothing but fond memories of the few times that we did share and of the happiness that she brought to my dear friend, John. I've never seen two people so effortlessly comfortable in the company of each other and my heart aches for both the Kersting and Clarke families in this difficult time. She was a remarkable individual taken from us far too soon and I wish to extend my most sincere condolences.

Deepest condolences to Amy's family, her loved ones and all of her friends, in Wisconsin, Nova Scotia, and beyond. The loss of such a wonderful woman is deeply, heartbreakingly felt. She will be desperately missed - her smile, her laugh, her warm heart and her kind nature. I feel so lucky to have met her and to have had her for a friend, even if it was for far too short a time. You are all in my thoughts during this difficult time, and I will cherish my memories of Amy.
