Born on January 25, 1925, in Crandon, WI, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Sarah (Campbell) Bellomy. Alene moved to Kenosha in 1959 where she’s been a resident for almost 60 years.
On January 17, 1987, in Kenosha, she was united in marriage to Claude Mackay. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2013.
Alene loved to play Bingo and crochet, but truly enjoyed spending time with her family.
She will be deeply missed by her three sons, Orville (Judy), Craig and Eugene (Karla) Jacobs; three daughters, Marion (Pete) Pfaff, Sarah (Mark) Smith and Gayl (Thomas) Wolf; 20 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, a sister and a daughter-in-law, Vicky Jacobs.
Service Date October 12, 2016
Funeral services honoring the life of Alene will be held on Wednesday, October12, 2016, at 1:00 p.m.at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 -39th Ave., Kenosha. Entombment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
